New TGUARD Tag Protector variants now released!

All

Since the launch of our original TGUARD Tag Protector back in April 2016, we’ve been gathering customer feedback and data from the field. We’ve used that information to guide the development of two new TGUARD Tag Protector variants, which have increased durability for heavy industrial use and a wider range of mounting options.

All TGUARD variants are designed to work with the Extronics iTAG100 and T2 active RFID tags, and are fully compliant with the IEC BS EN 600079-0 standards for use in hazardous areas.

TGUARD-L variant

  • Protective silicon case that’s simple to fit to your tag
  • Optional call button cover to prevent accidental call button presses, but still enable easy access to the button in emergencies
  • Reinforced backplate with integrated lanyard loop mounting option

Extronics AeroScout TGUARD-C tag protector

TGUARD-C variant

  • Protective silicon case that’s simple to fit to your tag
  • Optional call button cover to prevent accidental call button presses, but still enable easy access to the button in emergencies
  • Reinforced backplate with metal clip and combined ring mounting options

Extronics offer a fitting service to customers ordering iTAG100 or T2 tags and TGUARD Tag Protectors; you can choose to receive the tag and TGUARD already assembled, or as separate units.
