The T12sb Tag provides location visibility for critical assets and mobile medical equipment, including infusion pumps, specialty beds, wheelchairs and supply carts. This supports asset management, helps reduce equipment loss and facilitates recall management.
Room-level location accuracy
The tag works with ultrasound Exciters to provide room-level location reporting. Ultrasound signals do not pass through walls, helping distinguish between rooms, while Wi-Fi or BLE connectivity enables location information to be reported.
Simplified tag management
Deployment Manager simplifies initial configuration, while bi-directional communication enables over-the-air updates through MobileView and Deployment Manager, making ongoing tag management easier.
Tamper detection
An advanced tamper mechanism provides alerts when a tag is removed from monitored equipment, helping teams identify potential issues before the equipment is needed.
Long battery life
The T12sb Tag provides up to 18 months of battery life, depending on configuration. An integrated motion sensor helps conserve power when the tag is stationary, while battery levels and low-battery notifications are available through MobileView.
Easy battery maintenance
Commercially available replacement batteries simplify maintenance. Following battery replacement, the battery counter automatically resets, reducing the time required to maintain tags.
Visual and audible alerts
Built-in LED and buzzer functionality helps users locate assets. Both features can be configured through MobileView to support different asset management requirements.
Centralized alerts and notifications
MobileView provides centralized management and real-time notifications. Instant Notifier also delivers visual and audible alerts through desktop, web and mobile applications. Call button alerts can support maintenance notifications.
