After being runner-up last year, we’ve been nominated again for HazardEx Media Group‘s award for Best Customer Service! Customer care is one of our core values. It’s not just lip service; doing right by our customers is central to what we do. Customer care means taking the time to understand what our customers are trying to achieve and helping them to be successful. We provide guidance on how to reach their goals whilst remaining fully complaint with legislation such as ATEX. It also means being responsive – like getting all hands on deck to meet a customer’s urgent need for 1,200 iTAG100 RFID tags fitted with TGUARD tag protectors, providing technical support around the world, and introducing a new training series to help customers make the most of their RTLS installations.
