Nice work from our production team, it’s great to see more iWAP107s heading out the door this week. This time, they’re heading to our partner Hanley Technology for a pharmaceutical customer in Ireland. The iWAP107s will be operational in Zone 1 and Zone 21 environments. Current Chief Operating Officer, Phil Walker, takes on the CEO role as of June 2019. Phil has a wealth of experience in driving business growth and has his sights set firmly on the future. “I’m looking forward to leading Extronics in our quest towards being a truly great company and I’m fortunate to be surrounded by an excellent team,” says Phil. “We’re challenging ourselves with ambitious targets while staying very focused on continuous improvement”. Our colleague Barry Ellis is competing in the Chester Half Marathon on Sunday 19th May! Barry will be raising money for Extronics’ chosen charity Tiny Steps who are looking to provide a sensory play area and social cafe. This will be a safe stimulating environment for children with additional needs, and their families. The sensory play area and social cafe will be a place to relax with a calming environment.
