We have an exciting opportunity to further expand our sales team in the US, initially based at our offices in Woodlands, TX, and then moving forwards a hybrid working arrangement once established in the role.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Sales Executive, and reporting into the VP of Sales will support the next phase of our exciting period of growth

You will be working closely with the VP of Sales, along with liaising with the UK Headquarters and have responsibility for:

  • Dealing with sales enquiries and providing our customers with outstanding customer service and capturing all data and input on our CRM system
  • Providing quotations, in line with customer requirements
  • Forecasting and managing our sales opportunities along with project pursuit activities
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Provide the VP of Sales with appropriate levels of sales support – attending conferences and willing to travel occasionally for joint client meetings
  • Database management, ensuring that you regularly check records to ensure accuracy
  • Working closely with the UK operations and planning teams

You will receive a salary in the region of $40k-$50k per annum with 20 days paid time off plus market related benefits including $12k performance related bonus, private medical plan and 401k contributions. We also offer a hybrid working scheme so that you can achieve a work/life balance.

This is a full-time position on a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?

  • Proven experience gained within a sales role, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • A proactive approach with the ability to effectively collaborate with key personnel focused on one overall company goal
  • Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm to make a significant positive impact
  • An inquisitive mindset and detail orientated approach
  • Must have a passport and be willing to travel to the UK for training
