Marketing Communications Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. It’s an exciting time to join the company with new product launches planned for this year!

 

What will this role of Marketing Communications Manager entail?

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director/CEO, as the Marketing Communications Manager you will take a proactive approach in promoting the company’s products and solutions, raising brand awareness, and generating leads. Tasks will include although not be limited to;

  • Responsible for developing and delivering global marketing strategy
  • Manage company brand and corporate identity
  • Own the company website and social media presence
  • Build and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and paid media
  • Enable sales team and Certified VAR network to generate and convert leads
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, online and offline
  • Organise events and exhibitions
  • Manage third party agency relationships to deliver the overall strategy
  • Support development and delivery of the internal communications strategy, working with the HR Director
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate marketing effectiveness

 

 What will I need to be considered for this Marketing Communications Manager vacancy?

  • Demonstrable experience working in B2B marketing
  • Experience in a technical/engineering industry would be preferable
  • Innovative and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong IT literacy, experience of design software (such as InDesign) is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Proactive with a positive “can do” attitude

You will receive a salary in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 level dependent on experience. Plus, attractive benefits including 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company-wide profit share scheme, and a flexible working scheme.

You will be based in the company offices in Middlewich, employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week with the ability to work flexible hours around your home life.
