Role: Digital Marketing Executive | Full-time | Monday – Friday

About the Role

A new and exciting opportunity has opened up at Extronics, BARTEC’s Connectivity & IoT brand, to support the growth of our digitalization divisional strategy. We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding team and play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our innovative digital products.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll gain exposure to the full marketing mix and be instrumental in supporting campaigns, content development, SEO strategy, events, product launches and much more.

The role is positioned across two business units within BARTEC; Enterprise Mobility and Electrical Safety Systems and is focused on BARTEC’s digital solutions, including mobile devices, wireless, RTLS and automation.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, creation, and deployment of marketing content and assets
  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Contribute to the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution
  • Help organize and support key global events and exhibitions
  • Manage and grow the Extronics LinkedIn presence, aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Assist in the management and optimisation of our SEO strategy, in collaboration with external SEO partners
  • Upload and maintain product documentation and content on the Extronics website
  • Support new product launches and roadmap-related communications
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of marketing KPIs and digital performance
  • Help manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Contribute creative ideas that align marketing activities with the overall business and budget strategy
  • Work closely with product management and central marketing to ensure brand consistency, factual accuracy and alignment with corporate strategies.

Location: Hybrid ( 2-3 days in our Middlewich office)
Salary: £30K- £35K per annum depending on experience
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B marketing

 What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a digital-focused role
  • Marketing degree or relevant qualification
  • Understanding and experience of deploying digital marketing tactics (e.g., content creation, social, SEO, PPC, email)
  • Experience managing or contributing to LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
  • A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills who’s eager to learn and take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., GA4, Hubspot) is a plus
  • Passion for technology and innovation is a bonus!
