As the global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, here at Extronics we are following government guidelines and protecting the safety of our team, customers, suppliers and delivery partners. This is an uncertain time; we want to reassure you of a few things we are doing.

Where possible our team are set up to work from home and continue to support you and provide the service you require. The teams working in production and dispatch are following the guidelines and making every effort to ensure the Extronics products get built and shipped as efficiently and safely as possible.

At Extronics, like most manufacturing companies in the world, we buy a number of our components globally, and therefore we are not exempt from feeling the effects of potential shutdowns. However, in mitigation for this, we do hold stock of key components, which will allow us to continue operations in all but the most extreme of cases.

If the situation changes and any orders or active quotes you may have with us could be affected, you will be informed immediately, with an update of the situation and our plan to recover our position.

We are making decisions and acting quickly as updated advice is received and will communicate any changes as and when they happen.
