The Earth-Rite TELLUS system is designed to safely remove static electricity from the hazardous area.  The green flashing LED tells operators if the plant equipment has a good static dissipative bond with the designated earth point.

The Earth-Rite TELLUS system continuously monitors the connection to the plant equipment during the process, ensuring that any static generated by the process is safely removed from the flammable / explosive astmosphere.

When the Earth-Rite TELLUS system detects that the earth connection of the plant equipment has been compromised the green LED will stop flashing and the interlock, which can either control the process or audible alarms, will ensure the operator's attention is drawn to this potentially hazardous situation.
