The SRN 2000-D-Ex twilight photocell is primarily intended to switch on lights, optical signalling devices, etc. automatically when it gets dark. When the intensity of the ambient light falls below a set value (the crossover threshold can be set by the operator)
An implemented switching hysteresis and a short-term timer of approx. 4 - 5 minutes to bridge brief variations in the light.
