This flashlight has been designed for use in hazardous areas especially in chemical, electrical, gas, oil, power, pharmaceutical, fire rescue, hazmat and other high-risk industries.

The new Stealthlite™ Zone 1 has been certified under ATEX Category 2 (Zone 1), meaning that this flashlight can be used in areas where flammable material such as certain gases are present for long periods (between 10 and 1000 hours per year), therefore quite dangerous concerning risk of explosion.
